MY TEACHING STYLE.

My mission is to help you find your flow. To tap into that moving meditation, to unlock your flow state, to let go on any expectations you hold upon yourself and just move freely on your mat. Allow your mind and body to fully connect and immerse yourself into the present moment. 

 


I love creating dynamic and energetic flows for you to get a little lost with, it helps you switch off and focus on the here and now. Which so many of us rarely do. We can get so caught up analysing our past or worrying about the future we neglect the present moment. In each class I am there to guide you and encourage you to find your flow.

I still learn something about myself every time I step onto the mat and I am sure you will too.

WHAT I OFFER.

Private 1-1 sessions 
If you’re new to yoga or pilates and perhaps nervous at the thought of group classes (we've all been there) or equally, if you are looking to develop your understanding of yoga or pilates further and really take your practice to the next level. Private 1-1 sessions can be super beneficial held in the comfort of your own home, over zoom or in a studio environment.  Together we can look at what you want to focus and improve on and build that confidence. Each session will be tailored for you and you alone.

Private group sessions

Group sessions are so much fun, rather than trying to pick a class from the timetable that suits everyones busy schedules. You can book a private group session accommodating to everyones needs. I will create a fun energising flow tailored to the group. Whether it's a special occasion, birthday, hen do, your wedding day morning or a you are looking to make positive changes in your routines. Sessions can be in the comfort of your own home or depending on the size of your group a studio hire. 

Wellness events & workshops

Events such as wellness events or workshops. We take our 'me time' beyond the classroom, delving deeper into yoga and pilates, exploring new poses, understanding breath work, trying out new meditations. Experiences you rarely have the time to uncover in your weekly classes. Together you will meditate, flow, overcome fears and experience mindfulness. My vision for each event is to hold space for you to explore and open up in ways that you may not be able to in class. Allow you to meet like minded people, make memories, laugh, be present and take care of yourself.
