ABOUT ME
I’m Erin Pape a wellness enthusiast and qualified yoga teacher.
Yoga helped me find my most authentic self, before I was lost and on a self destructive path never really feeling 'me' but too scared to find out the why. After suffering with a running injury and struggling mentally I started to look inwards and really dig deep looking at habits and discovering triggers and found that I kept being drawn back to yoga heal. Yoga was the only movement where I felt empowered and free of any discomfort from my previous injury. Fast forward a few years and here I am a yoga teacher sharing what I love with you all!
Specialising in Vinyasa flow. I concentrate on dynamic and creative sequences, connecting mind, body and breath. Allowing you to get a little lost in the moment and most importantly supporting you to FIND YOUR FLOW I have so much fun creating these sequences the goal for me is to transform your mood, mindset and body!
