The Breathwork Evening
Class Description
The breathwork evening is a journey of guided breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation where you can slow down and meet yourself exactly as you are. You’ll be guided through conscious connected breathwork; a style of breathwork that creates space for you to regulate your nervous system. It’s designed to support your own inner healing, helping you to release stuck emotions and let go of what no longer serves you. No previous experience needed, just a desire to switch off and gently land back into your mind and body through the power of your breath. Everything is provided to ensure you feel fully supported and comfortable, including mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows. There are some contraindications for this style of breathwork. If any of the following apply, you’ll be gently invited to explore an alternative breathwork practice that feels safe and supportive for you: Epilepsy PTSD Pregnancy Bipolar or schizophrenia High blood pressure
