Class Description

Elemental flow is a playful, energetic and full bodied mandala practice, you’ll move through powerful sequences whilst maintaining the fluidity of your breath. Each practice is unique and influenced by the four elements and corresponding chakras. Expect more advanced poses and variations such as arm balances and inversions to challenge both your mind and body, closing with a grounding relaxation to leave you feeling empowered and centred. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
